Zensah a great brand
I couple this ankle compression with the Zensah leg sleeve to contain lymphedema on the pickleball court and on hikes. It helps w both swelling and stability. Would be amazing if Zensah created an open toe leg sleeve that included the ankle and most of the foot – but until then, this works well. Both items come out of the laundry fine, they get washed after each use and until I snag a nail on them they hold up great.

I got the Zensah Compression Ankle Support Sleeve because a bad ankle sprain this winter has left my ankle weak and with residual swelling. I was looking for support of the ankle and compression for the swelling. I have some ankle pain too. I think this is designed more for athletes than general ankle support. I thought it looked good and might fill the need for me and I like the pink/black color of the one I got.I got mixed results. This is less good for me than perhaps a more athletic person like in the product pictures provided by the seller. I’m more toward the Pain Relief for sprains and arthritis as an oldish person. I do feel it supports my ankle a little and perhaps as much as could be expected by an elastic sleeve like this one.Perhaps because of swelling and being (let’s just call it “big boned”) I found it has some tendency to roll at either end, but mostly at the toe end. This isn’t severe but I need to pull it out periodically. The compression feels good but for me it becomes uncomfortable by evening where the top of my ankle bends. This isn’t something I can comfortably wear all day but is pretty good for up to a few hours.If you are more on the slim and athletic side this is probably a great choice. For the older, slower and heavier like me it’s good, but only just good. Being clear I’m not the primary target audience but it worked fairly well for me I’m giving it 4 stars for people like me. If you are younger and athletic and slim it’s probably a 5 star choice.UPDATE Oct 16, 2017:It’s been 5 months and my feelings about the Zensah are about the same. It gives my ankle some help when it is feeling weak, but only a little. I only use it when my ankle is feeling weak/wobbly/sore. It got better and I didn’t wear it most of the summer: just when I felt I needed it. Several washes and there are a few pills and broken threads. I don’t think this is unusual wear and it seems to have maintained the snug fit. Still 4 stars for me.UPDATE Feb 6, 2018:After a slip (but not fall, thankfully) I had a mild sprain so pulled out my Zensah ankle brace after not needing it for a while. Compared to prior use on a much more severe sprain it seems to help more with this mild one in terms of pain relief. Not a lot of support. Otherwise my experience is pretty much unchanged. Still at 4 stars.

Comfortable and well designed
Bought another brand and used it for several months. Then I saw this one and thought I love their leg compressions sleeves, let’s try it. Love it. Fits well, truly deliveries! My old one would roll up when I put on socks and was too long, so it cause an issue with my pinky toe. There is a great band on the lower side that holds firm. The material has give but it doesn’t stretch out of form.

Fits Perfectly, Comfortably and Works
I rarely leave 5-star reviews. But this ankle brace has stood up to many miles of rough terrain hiking.1) it’s tight. A brace that’s not tight enough to compress your ankle is useless. I wear a size 9 mens shoe, and this works great over my hiking socks.2) it does not impede my circulation. That’s extremely important.3) it’s comfortable. Others I’ve worn fit in a way that makes the edge obvious at my arch, which is quite uncomfortable over many miles.4) this is the second one I’ve bought. It doesn’t replace the first, which looks new after a lot of wear. I’ll keep the new one in my first aid kit. It’s small and takes up very little room.There are no cons that I’ve found with this product. Note that it never goes in the dryer. That’s death to spandex.

Compressive, runs very small
This is very compressive and helped my daughter’s ankle. It fits my 7year old. I measured her and Joe and the small looked like a good fit. I would almost order her a medium to have it be snug but not overly compressive for longer wear.

La tobillera tiene un buen aprieta al ponermela, al inicio no se sentia que me sujetara bien el tobillo pero al pasar los dias lo sujeta de mejor manera que no se siente al caminar. Es muy comoda la verdad.
