Customers say
Customers find the compression sleeve provides excellent support for thigh pain and stiffness while sitting, and appreciate its well-made construction and compression fabric. The sleeve is comfortable and works well, with one customer noting it helped with a nagging hamstring strain. While some customers report it stays exactly where put without slipping, others mention it slides down, and while some find it true to size, others say it’s too small.

Perfect for post-surgery
I bought two compressions sleeves to help with post-surgery swelling and they work great! The hospital gave me a wrap and I definitely prefer these for convenience and fit. My thigh measured around 22.5” so I bought a size large and it stays in place and provides a good amount of stability.

achey breaky legs on this 73 year old man
I found this product brings relief to my upper legs. I was told by my physical therapist I had a tight IT band. The pain seemed to be throughout my knee mostly prior to wearing the sleeves. I did not realize the pain might have originated with my quad or hamstring muscles, but I am happy to find relief throughout my legs. Great product.

Compression aid for runners
I use this product to aid my tense quads after a run. The only complaint is that the product tends to slip off my thighs during a run.

Supportive to a point
I purchased this thigh compression sleeve because for some time now I’ve had pain radiating from the front, inner and/or outer thigh areas, mostly when I’m walking. I’ve had x rays. Nothing alarming has showed. Could be tendonitis. Just don’t know. May need to go back to my physical therapist. But in the meantime, the sleeve does help. Note, however, that I am a 5’ 4” woman and have short legs. The top of the sleeve curls over bit at the top of my thigh but overall the fit is okay.

Thank you, Zensah!
I really love this thigh sleeve. It’s helped me to be able to maintain a normal daily life. I pulled a muscle in my right thigh a few months ago. I also have sciatica pain in that same leg, and I pulled my groin a few years ago…. :-pI originally bought this sleeve in a size XL according to the measurements, but found that it didn’t provide enough compression (and would just side down), so I returned it with no problem and bought a Large. Just for reference, my leg measures 16.5″ at the knee, 22″ lower thigh, 25″ upper thigh. I like the level of compression the Large provides, it’s comfortable for me to wear, and breathable. I wear it all day long, sitting, standing, walking or exercising. For exercise and walking, however, I do need an additional groin wrap over this sleeve for more support (I use the McDavid 475 Adjustable Groin Wrap).Downsides, I would say are: the price for sure! i just don’t see why something like this has such a high price point. It seems way too expensive to me, but that being said, I did just purchase a second one because I’m starting to have pain in the outside of my left thigh, and even though I wish they were cheaper, I guess I’d say, they’re worth it! Another downside is that the band at the top does roll down a bit because it fits a little snug on my upper thigh, but even with a bit of rolling, it still stays up. Another downside, as I stated above, is that for exercise and even just walking (like speed shopping lol), I need extra support. It’s fine for a light stroll, but if I’m in a hurry and going to be moving faster, or doing any kind of hills or inclines, I put on the groin wrap too.Overall, I think this sleeve helps tremendously for thigh pain and stiffness while sitting and general daily tasks, for more intense things like exercise and speed shopping ;~) , I would suggest either something else, or a 2nd wrap over this sleeve. I like how breathable it is, and it has a good stretch and gives support without being too stiff or thick.

Don’t even bother, get compression shorts instead…
Elastic is poor, falls down like an old lady’s worn out stocking after (actually DURING) first use.

Just what I needed
I ordered these thigh compression sleeves because I’m short, 4’11”. I needed compression sleeves for my calves. All the calf sleeves I tried were too long and just roll down. I measured my calves and ordered the small. These fit from my ankle to just below my knee, perfect fit. They have not slid or rolled down ANY. The compression feels good. Will be getting a second pair soon.

Slides down continuously
It slips down continously when walking around my house. I bought the XL since my thigh was 25 inches and XL should fit up to 27 inches, it is comfortable to wear when it stays put. I will keep it but look for another brand that actually stays up.
