These taste great – and a lot less artificial than most flavoured lozenges. They’re mostly Vitamin C – the Zinc is a tiny portion by volume, though still a significant amount by RDI. They work well – at least psychologically – if you’re feeling a bit under the weather. Especially alongside some B-12.
