Healthy, organic, but it keeps me awake!
I was really wanting to like this sleep supplement since it’s organic and Family-owned & operated, but the three times I’ve tried it, I was up until 4am with 2 capsules, and 3am with 1 capsule. I tried it on separate days spread out, in case there was something else going on that could have caused this, but the last time I tried it, I took just one capsule, and it still kept me wide awake until 3am. So it’s definitely a surprising reaction. I’ve taken sleep supplements before, but this is the first I’ve tried that has Ashwaganda in it, which I usually take in vitality and energy supplements. But who knows which ingredient is the culprit for me. All I can say for certain is this does not work for everyone, and I was shocked how tired I felt all night, but my mind would not just sleep, which is so much worse than if I wouldn’t have taken this. I just like taking a sleep supplement to help me fall asleep faster, but I don’t have severe sleep issues. I don’t want to rate this product lower than 3 stars, because it does seem to be good quality ingredients, it just didn’t work for me.

I finally found it!!
I had been dealing with trouble sleeping for at least a year. Tried many things, ) got desperate enough to take a Tylenol pm and started doing so every night – for a few months! I knew that was not a long term solution.I researched herbs, found each of these included in this blend purported yo be beneficial.I started with only 1 capsule 1/2 hour before bed and that 1st night was much better.Was it a coincidence?? Well now I’ve been taking 1 nightly for a few weeks and can say I absolutely am sleeping much better!!After 20-30 minutes I just feel sleepy and fall asleep pretty quick.Sleep is deep, mostly uninterrupted , other than a trip to the little girls room, and I wake up fine.Note- I also always take some Calm magnesium before bed.For my body- I believe I have found the answer!I’m also very happy with this brand of herbs.

Can’t take melatonin? These work!
Nice. The vitamins take at least a week to begin their effect. I seem to get about 6hours of sleep each night. I cannot take melatonin, so Sleep Better was a great find. I also use Muscle Relaxer. Helps after a few hours in the garden. I do recommend.
