Fantastic!
I absolutely love these. Not much helps to put me to sleep, and the one thing that helped recently (from natures bounty that I used to get at Walmart) was discontinued for some reason. This has happened the last few times I’ve found something that works, sadly. I tried to find something that had all the same ingredients. I found 2 others & neither worked as well. Then, i saw this for a reasonable price, & it had more of the ingredients, as well as additional ingredients, like GABA (which i already take throughout the day for anxiety relief) & magnesium.There’s never any way for us to tell if supplements actually have what they claim in them, so i can only verify if something works, or how it makes me feel. This makes me drowsy fast, & helps me remain sleepy enough if i wake up for a bathroom break, to go immediately back to sleep. Not much can do that. I’ve tried lots of melatonin, up to 20MG per night, & that just either doesn’t work at lower doses, or makes me groggy at higher doses. This supplement doesn’t make me groggy & it WORKS. THANK YOU for making this!!NyQuil at higher doses is the only other thing that puts me out like this, & helps me go back to sleep during the night, but that has lots of unnecessary things that can damage our bodies if taken long term (like acetaminophen, especially, but also alcohol). I was going to try just the antihistamine found in NyQuil if this didn’t work, but now i don’t need to. I tried other things first, because NyQuil still made me groggy after waking, but that’s better than not being able to get back to sleep after waking (which happens to me at least 1 or 2 times each night). This supplement is about the same cost as that medication would be, but has all natural ingredients, so i wanted to try it first.This supplement is large pills, so be aware if you have trouble swallowing large pills, this may not be for you, but i love it. Also, I only take 1 pill & half of another so far (1.5 pills), to try & make it last longer, & to find the smallest working dose. It recommends 2 pills & i haven’t had to take that much yet. I love that they’re pills, so we can break them if needed, unlike capsules.Every time I’ve found something that works, it’s discontinued, so i hope i don’t curse this brand, because i will probably take these forever, otherwise. They honestly work that well for me (so far, anyways). If you have problems sleeping, these are definitely worth a try.

I genuinely believe these help me, more often than not I do feel sleepy within 90 mins of taking them, not sure if it’s the Melatonin or other ingredients however. The effect only seems to last a short bit for me (few hours) before I feel it wears off, some days they seem to kick in faster than others, while some days I’m hard pressed to recall if I even took them (not felt sleepy) though more often than not I feel they have helped me.Sleep quality hasn’t improved (still wake up feeling dazed, and confused) but I do believe they help me fall asleep. I took the time to look up all the ingredients, they all do seem to help with sleep, and are included at the recommended dosages as well. I looked around at several brands, they charge twice as much, while giving half if not less of the active ingredients. I’ve always had trouble with sleeping, even as a child I would go monthly to visit a neurologist.Problem really hasn’t improved, and just having difficulty sleeping has become a normal part of life more me. For a long time I just took prescription medication to help, I always sleep poorly, and over time it would always become less and less effective. Got tired of playing that game, went with the cheaper option of store bought sleep aids, which I’ve taken for the past decade now. Started at 50mg’s than 100, 200, before I really started paying attention I was taking 16x’s the recommended dosage every night just to sleep. I was buying them in bulk of 1000 so it was still kinda economical to take 8 50mg sleep aids.It was a day by day thing, I always told myself I will do better later, but for now I really need to sleep, and can’t afford to lay in bed all night wide awake. 24-48 hours without sleep was absolutely nothing for me, I just never really felt sleepy, I started to develop kidney issues however due to the large doses (which where not lethal) just large for years. I had to stop doing that as well, and for about 2-3 months I just gave up trying to fight it, I would only sleep when I felt I could, very hard to keep a schedule.Decided to try these, while I’m not promising any miracle they have helped me, still don’t know what % was the melatonin in it vs everything else but they helped. I ran out a few days back not paying attention, so I went to the store and bought some melatonin. Helped very little, and I found myself reaching for my old sleep aids again, so I decided I needed to buy more.I’m not wealthy, $12 isn’t a lot, but it’s $12 I could spend elsewhere (be it food, gas, personal care items) but still I felt they helped me enough to purchase them again. I would recommend this, I can’t say for certain if it will help you like it’s helped me, but it may, and probably should. I feel pretty confident in these after going without them for a week.

Ok but better products out there
I am not sure why but it seems to work only about 2/3rds of the time. I don’t use these every night so I don’t think it’s a tolerance thing. The pills are a little big but not any bigger than a typical multivitamin. I think there are more effective products out there but it may be worth a try for the price if your sleep issues are only minor. The major disappointment is the product ingredient and nutritional info is very very similar to another product I tried but the other product was far more effective. I thought if this was similar in ingredients and herbal supplements, that the products would be very close in effectiveness but for some reason it is not the case here.Overall, it’s an ok product that sports product info of other more expensive ones for less money but is also less effective. You get what you pay for.

Works a treat
This is a great product. Clicks in after about an hour and gives a pleasant sleep. I like the extra herbal additions too. It’s quite a big tablet so I usually crunch it down before swallowing.

No effect huge pills
First at all size of the pills HUGE without coating to help swallow. I had to brake it down. Second, my stomach hurts after pills. And most important NO effect, no help with sleep or helping to stay asleep. M.b. for someone who never took any sleeping meds, it will be ok, but not for me. Waist of money. Remember that its not returnable, so garbage for me.
