WOW, effective and worked
I remember back when I was a kid, when it was bedtime I slept like a baby. As I gotten older not so much and on occasion need a sleep aide to even get 6 hours of sleep.I have tried melatonin before and it just never seem to work well for me. The ZQuil Ultra worked very well. I was able to get a good not sleep, didn’t feel groggy when I woke up.Worked for me, might work for you. Good luckABM

Hace tiempo que he sufrido de insomnio, no sé si sea la menopausia que me lo está provocando, mas aparte problemas familiares que estoy atravesando, tomaba melatonina y me ayudaba a quedarme mas rapido dormida pero a mitad de la noche me despertaba y me quedaba despierta por unas horas, así que decidí probar ZzzQuil y WOW!! Me quedé dormida bien rapido y no desperté en toda la noche, me levanté a la hora que tengo la alarma, a las 6:30 a.m y me siento muy descansada, se los recomiendo 100%

Awesome, especially for overseas travel
These are phenomenal! I have been taking Zzzquil and I guess my body got adjusted to it. When I saw that they had a new product available, I jumped on it. These are great for overseas flights because I am finally able to sleep on the plane. I will probably not purchase these from Amazon again because I found them for a much better price at the commissary, but I am so happy that these are available. These are highly recommended in my opinion.

Works better than the liquid
I’ve been taking the liquid NyQuil every night for a few years. It seems to be the only way I can go to sleep. I recently saw that they had it in capsule form so I decided to try it. I was surprised at how tiny the capsules are so I thought maybe it wouldn’t work as good as the liquid. To my surprise, it works great. I think even a little better than the liquid, but there is one little problem. Trying to get the capsule out of the plastic wrap is a pain in the butt. The plastic is so strong that I have to use a sharp knife to get the capsule out and because it’s so tiny, it makes it very frustrating trying to open it.

Yo las uso me tomo una y me acuesto al momento estoy dormida no sé nada de mí hasta el otro día si duermes mal te las recomiendo no te haces adicta Xk hay días k no me la e tomado y me e dormido sin problemas solo que me gusta tomarla para dormir mucho más profundo y descansar al otro día despierto así suavemente relajada me gustan mucho

Some help
It helps sometimes but not as often as I would like. I often struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep and thought these would aid me. However it’s kinda hit and miss, these are like the 3rd of 4th sleep aid I’ve tried, so maybe it’s just me.

Severe anxiety reaction, not good!
I will relay my experience to save others from the same trouble.I have had a hard time getting enough sleep for several years. Ive tried a wide variety of products but nothing worked well. I decided to try this product due to the trusted Nyquil brand name.I used these pills over the course of 6 months daily and only had slightly increased sleep hours. I used as directed, did not do higher doses. The small improvement was ok, better than no improvement at all so I stayed on it.At the same time I began to have severe anxiety especially at night and felt depressed. I chalked this up due to general life stress. However, generally I am not a person who is depressed.Fast forward, despite nothing outwardly being wrong I became so depressed I began to try to isolate any cause. After trying a number of pills and supplements, I finally cut out these pills.Within 2 days I felt like my old self. The anxiety lowered to a moderate level I would associate with any normal stressful life situation. I stopped having night terrors. I felt optimisitic and could once again handle life’s issues with logic and strategy.It was obvious these pills were the problem.I don’t know if these pills caused a bad reaction due to other medication or herbs. But this experience was a literal nightmare for me and I suggest proceeding with caution. After being off of these pills for approx 1.5 months it’s clear that was the problem.I have never had trouble with any other Nyquil item such as cold medicine day or night, or sleep aids.
